Full Day Wedding Rental Rate

Weddings are a joyous occasion, and we look forward to celebrating with you. From our spacious ballroom and airy loft, to the outdoor patio and modern bar, the flexibility of Top of the Market allows you to create the perfect setting for your wedding. Whether it’s a cozy wedding or a lively reception, our unique space ensures an unforgettable experience for wedding receptions up to 350 guests in The Warehouse and 150 guests in The Loft.

Full Day Wedding Package Rates

January – April: $5,500

May – December: $7,500

Prices shown are final. There are no taxes, gratuity, or hidden fees added to your venue rental. The only addition would be extra hours of event time, if needed.

What’s Included:

All event spaces are included: The Warehouse, The Loft, The Bistro Bar and Patio. These spaces can be used for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Building access is from 10 a.m. until 11:30 p.m., with one hour tear down time at the end of the event. Everyone must be off property by 12:30 a.m.

Set up and tear down your desired floor plan. Addition of centerpieces, placecards, or other decor is up to you, your florist, or planner.

Ability to provide your own beer, wine, or spirits to be served by our bartenders and/or licensed and approved bartenders from a professional bartending company.

The venue commits to supplying the tables and chairs. You will arrange with catering team for any other rentals items like linens, or other decorations.

Built-in bar in the Bistro Bar along with mobile bars for use in The Warehouse, The Loft, or Patio.

Reception package

Many couples choose to host their wedding ceremony at their church or another location. Host your wedding reception and cocktail hour with us at Top of the Market! Your rental of The Warehouse or The Loft also includes The Bistro Bar for your cocktail hour for no additional fee, giving you access to two great event spaces!

January – April: The Loft or The Warehouse $4,000

May – December: The Loft or The Warehouse $5,500

Additional Time: $500 per hour

What’s Included:

Your choice of The Warehouse + The Bistro Bar + Patio OR The Loft + The Bistro Bar + Patio. These spaces can be used for cocktail hour and reception.

5 hours of event time with 2 hours of set up time prior to the event. The event ends by 11:30 p.m. with 1 hour tear down time at the end of event. Everyone must be off the property by 12:30 a.m.

From our spacious ballroom open loft, to the outdoor patio and modern bar area, the flexibility of our space allows you to curate a one of a kind space tailored to your your event’s needs. Our unique event space ensures and unforgettable experience for seated dinners up to 350 guests or standing networking events up to 500 in The Warehouse. The Loft can host seated dinners for up to 150 guests and networking events for up to 200 guests.

Monday – Thursday: $1,500

Friday – Sunday: $3,500

Prices shown are final. There are no taxes, gratuity, or hidden fees added to your venue rental. The only addition would be extra hours of event time, if needed.

4 hours of event time along with 2 hours of set up time before your event, and 1 hour of teardown time at the conclusion of your event.
